This means that many or our non residential rehab clients can integrate their programme with other commitments that they have, including family and work responsibilities.

At Help Me Stop, we knew that there was a gap for non residential rehab treatment within the UK. It has been proven across the US that Dayhab treatment for addiction is as effective, if not more effective, than traditional rehab. It makes the therapeutic programme more accessible and more affordable, which means that we get to help more people who want to overcome their addiction to alcohol or drugs.
Our treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
Our programmes are designed to help you stop, and we offer three months of free aftercare when you complete your intensive addiction treatment programme. This ensures that you are supported beyond our programme, helping you to practise and embed the new skills and strategies you’ve learned with us.
