What is rehab?

Traditionally, you go and stay on site for the duration of your treatment plan, and it has historically only been available to those who can afford tens of thousands of pounds for private treatment
We saw a gap for accessible and affordable rehab for alcohol and drugs, which allowed clients the freedom to receive intensive addiction treatment within the context of their everyday life. This is why we created our Dayhab programmes, face-to-face in London and Hampshire, as well as online.
Dayhab is a non-residential rehab offering, where clients come each day for their treatment and do not stay on site. It is more affordable and it means our clients can visit us after work or alongside family commitments, without the restraints of staying on site for six weeks, or more.

We exist to help our clients break free from addiction, and to find a recovery that is solid and long lasting. We work with an abstinence-based recovery programme, and we are here to help you stop.
Our treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
