If you are looking for a rehab centre that can help you find your route to recovery, then you’re in the right place. At Help Me Stop, we offer rehab programmes for those seeking help with drug or alcohol addiction, through our non-residential programmes.
We offer a Dayhab service which is designed to be more accessible and affordable than traditional rehab, and means you can stay off site and visit us for your sessions.
What is the difference between Dayhab and Rehab?
Traditional rehab usually requires you to stay on site. This can be a cost barrier and also an accessibility barrier for people who have other commitments that need to keep up with. Dayhab is non-residential and means that clients can keep family commitments and continue working throughout the course of their treatment.
Is Dayhab affordable?
Dayhab is often a more affordable route to rehab, and we have three locations in London and Winchester, as well as an online offering.
Dayhab is a fraction of the cost of traditional rehab, and you can find out more about pricing here.
We offer additional services and support systems that can be added on to your treatment programme should you wish to explore family sessions or additional support.

Alcohol rehab Southwark
We offer alcohol rehab in Southwark to help our clients find their road to recovery. Tackling active addiction can be tough and even more so alone. We offer tools and support to give our clients the autonomy to make the right kind of decisions and choices, and rebuild their lives in sobriety.
Drug rehab Southwark
We also offer drug addiction treatment programmes and will support clients through every step of their journey. Drug addiction can be daunting and there are many reasons that could have led you down this path. We listen without judgement and we are here to support our clients in every way we can to help them rebuild.

Help Me Stop
Our programmes are designed to get the best results for our clients and consist of a blend of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
Our team is trained in these services and are well-equipped to support you in your recovery journey.
We know that every journey is different and everyone’s circumstances are different. That is why we are so committed to supporting our clients in a way that works for them.
We created Dayhab to offer a more practical solution to rehab, that meant our clients could integrate their learnings into their daily lives, and recover alongside their other commitments. This can often mean the transition back to normal life is smoother, as you have been working on these integrations all along.
