At Help Me Stop, we offer non-residential rehab programmes for alcohol and drugs, in the form of Dayhab treatment. We help our clients suffering with drug and alcohol addiction to recover and build a new life, free from dependence on drugs and/or alcohol.
Finding the right rehab centre or programme for you can be a daunting task, but at Help Me Stop, we are committed to helping you find the right treatment option for you. If we can help you, we’ll advise you promptly, but if you don’t think we’re the right rehab for you, we’ll do our very best to refer you to other sources of addiction help.
Our programme is non-residential, meaning that our clients do not stay on site during their treatment, and they visit us for each treatment day. This means that they can integrate their addiction treatment into their daily lives, and that they often don’t need to take time off work, or spend time away from their families.
This is quite different to residential rehab, where you stay on site for the duration of your treatment, resulting in an often costly experience and a period of time that is very disruptive to both work and family life.
Many of our clients come to us managing to hold down high-pressure jobs and are high-functioning in their addiction, but this doesn’t mean that what they are doing is sustainable. Usually, underneath the veneer of control, people are suffering extreme stress, trying to hide an addiction in plain sight.

Rehab is for anyone suffering with addiction and is seeking help to stop drinking or taking drugs. There is no one face of addiction, and so our clients come from different backgrounds and walks of life. Most of the people we treat are working people, including professionals, employees and self-employed people. We are here to help each of our clients to access specialist treatment quickly, to get their life back on track, and ultimately, to be free from addiction long term.

Rehab Salisbury
We have a rehab centre in Winchester that is easily accessed from Salisbury via public transport and road links. We also have two London locations and an online rehab programme too, for those who do not wish to travel in for their treatment.
If you’re not sure which of these centres or programmes is right for you, then get in touch with Help Me Stop, and we can assess your needs. We will advise on which treatment option will give you the best chance of success.
Alcohol rehab Salisbury
We support our clients through alcohol addiction with our intensive alcohol rehab treatment programme. We can also help our clients to go through the alcohol detoxification process before starting rehab, if this is clinically necessary. Our service is quick to access, confidential and affordable.
Drug rehab Salisbury
We also support clients with drug addiction recovery. Our drug treatment programme is available across all our face-to-face centres and in our Online Rehab too. All our team members are very committed to helping our clients to find a recovery that works for them, and vastly improves their quality of life.
Drug addiction can be confusing and complex, and as such, we assess and treat each client individually. We take great care to make sure we understand the details of your situation, to tailor our treatment approach to you. Although the core essence of our rehab programme and its principles remains the same, we do take a personalised approach with each client. This means we get the best results by supporting people in a way that addresses the key issues in their life.
About Help Me Stop
Our programmes are abstinence-based, meaning we help people to stop drinking alcohol or taking drugs, then stay stopped. For the most sustainable recovery, this approach offers the best chance of success. Upon successful completion of our six-week treatment programme, we also offer three months of free aftercare, to make sure each client has everything they need to implement their recovery strategies in everyday life.
Our treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
If you would like to get in touch for a confidential conversation about whether or not our programme is right for you, you can call us on +44 (0)208 191 9191 or email us on enquiries@helpmestop.org.uk and we will be more than happy to talk you through the options.
We will support you and together, we will help you stop drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
