What is Dayhab?
Rehab is a programme to help you recover from addiction. There are two different types of rehab; residential and non residential. We offer non residential rehab in London and Winchester, as well as online to anyone worldwide with a computer and wifi connection.
Non residential rehab is a much more affordable and accessible way of getting the intensive rehab treatment you need to overcome your addiction. The first part of this is that non residential rehab is significantly less investment than traditional rehab, largely due to the fact that you do not stay on site for the duration of your programme. Another reason is that because you’re not required to stay, it is much easier to work rehab around your life and existing commitments, meaning you get a chance to integrate recovery from the off, and there is no waiting to get back to your normal life.
Richmond Drug Rehab
We offer drug rehab near Richmond to support adults suffering from drug addiction. We also offer a family programme, providing support to relatives and close friends of people in treatment with us There is no one size fits all approach and there is no textbook definition or look of drug addiction.
Many of our clients manage to function without many people knowing that they are struggling, and they manage to mask the chaos that it is causing in their lives. Things may then start to spiral, or some clients may already be at the point of losing relationships, jobs or other important parts of their life, due to their addiction. Our programmes help people stop. We are committed to helping people find the tools and skills they need to recover, and to find joy in their lives without the need for drug use.

We also offer help with alcohol addiction at our London and Winchester sites, as well as in our Online Rehab. We support adults who are struggling with their relationship with alcohol to stop drinking, and to find new direction beyond treatment with us.
Alcohol addiction can take hold in a variety of ways, but whatever your circumstances or what led you to addiction, we will be here to listen, and to help you stop.
We offer non residential rehab programmes for those suffering from drug or alcohol addiction. We are committed to helping our clients gain the skills and find the tools they need to live life to the full beyond addiction. We have two sites in London and one in Winchester, as well as offering an online programme which is available not only across the country, but across the world as well.
Our treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
The goal is to make sure that our clients are supported through every step of their journey, and we offer three months of free aftercare once the programme comes to an end, to make sure our clients are supported in the real world too.
