Finding support with drug addiction or alcohol addiction can feel daunting, and it might feel like you don’t know where to turn. If this sounds familiar, Help Me Stop is here to support you. We offer non-residential drug and alcohol addiction treatment in London, Winchester, and online, to help our clients break free from their addictions permanently.
Whether you know you’re now looking for rehab for addiction, or you’re considering your options, we are here for you. Please get in touch for a confidential conversation to see if the addiction treatment we offer is right for you.
What is rehab?
Rehab is intensive, specialist therapy for addiction. It’s a chance to start a new chapter in your life, free from addiction, with all the recovery strategies and tools you need to do so. We know that addiction is complicated, and many of our team are also in long-term recovery, so they understand exactly where you are right now.
There are different types of rehab for alcohol or drugs, with the majority being residential services. Residential rehab means that you live on site for the duration of your treatment, and that you take time away from your work and your family. This is why Help Me Stop pioneered non-residential, intensive rehab for addiction in the UK. Our non-residential rehab means that you don’t stay on site for your treatment; instead, you travel to one of our face-to-face centres or you complete your treatment online from the comfort of your home. Our addiction treatment services are much more affordable than residential rehab, and they are much more convenient for clients, including working people, parents and carers.
Who is rehab for?
Alcohol or drug rehab is for anyone who needs support with their addiction, or feels that their relationship with either drugs or alcohol has grown into dependence. We see clients from all different walks of life, and we know that no two people are the same, and neither are their treatment needs.
Addiction can take hold in a variety of different ways, and that is why we take the time to get to know each client, and how best we can support them.

Alcohol rehab Portsmouth
We offer alcohol addiction treatment to our clients, and they come from all different backgrounds and walks of life. Some of our clients identify as being addicted to alcohol, and others have let their after work drinks spiral to problem drinking. People come to us seeking help for alcohol, when they are losing control of their drinking, or no longer have a choice about how much they drink.
Alcohol addiction affects everyone differently, and we have designed a programme based in abstinence to help our clients find a new life free from alcohol. We offer intensive psychotherapy in groups and one-to-one counselling sessions, to equip our clients with the self-awareness, tools and strategies they need to recover. For all clients who complete our main rehab programme, we offer three months of free aftercare, to make sure they are supported as they continue to practise their recovery in the real world.
Drug rehab Portsmouth
We also offer drug addiction treatment in Hampshire, London and online. We know that drug addiction impacts people differently, and that no two of our clients are the same. We offer non-judgmental ears to listen to in our dedicated and skilled therapeutic team. Our specialist addiction therapists will help you understand the nature of your addiction, and put in place the strategies you need to recover.
