Percy Street, London Rehab

Our Percy Street location is our flagship alcohol and drug treatment centre, located in Fitzrovia. Our central London rehab is a five minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station (Central Line, Northern Line and the Elizabeth Line), and from Goodge Street station (Northern Line). This location is based in central London, very close to Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, Soho, Covent Garden and Marylebone, giving ideal access to many of our clients.

For people commuting into our service, transport links are excellent from all London mainline stations, including from London King’s Cross, Euston, Charing Cross, Liverpool Street, Waterloo, Paddington and Victoria.

Our rehab model differs from the traditional residential rehab. Dayhab is a non-residential type of rehabilitation, meaning that you do not stay with us, but you come in each day for your therapeutic session. This helps from day one to integrate what you are learning in treatment into your daily life.

Rehab is the chance to start again and put your addiction behind you. We use a variety of modalities to help you establish and maintain your recovery. We treat both drug addiction and alcohol addiction. We can help you to understand the nature of your addiction, and to build strategies and tools that help you to rebuild your life and the relationships around you.

We see people from all walks of life coming to us here at Help Me Stop. Often, people have a preconceived idea of what someone in need of drug or alcohol rehab looks like, and this stereotype is rarely the case. We have people from all backgrounds seeking our help and support, often working people, parents and carers, and those with other life responsibilities to balance. Due to the lower cost of our Dayhab, as compared to traditional rehab, it makes the Help Me Stop addiction treatment programme a lot more accessible.

Finding drug rehab near me

If you are looking for drug rehab, we offer in-person treatment in London and Winchester, as well as offering an online rehab programme to those who live further afield or want to work through rehab in their own surroundings or whilst working full-time.

Alcohol rehab near me

We offer treatment for alcohol addiction as well as drug addiction, so if this is something you are looking for support with, please do get in touch. We offer a no-obligation assessment, to see if we are the right place for you. If we’re not, we can help to refer you on to a more suitable service.

Seeking help is the biggest step in this whole process, and we will be here to listen without judgement and help you take the relevant steps towards recovery.

Rehab London

We have two locations; Percy Street in Central London and Winchester in Hampshire. If you’re not based near any of these locations, we do also offer online rehab, which you can find out more about here.

About Help Me Stop

Help Me Stop offers non-residential rehab to those seeking help with addiction. We created a Dayhab model to make rehab more accessible and affordable, as we knew the traditional rehab model excluded a lot of people from getting the help they needed.  Dayhab means you can integrate your recovery into your daily life, and you can visit us for your sessions while continuing with current commitments such as work or family life.

Our programmes are based on integrative psychotherapy, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, person-centred therapy, family groups, art therapy, mindfulness and more. We use a wide variety of therapies and recovery strategies to help you in your recovery. We work mainly in group sessions and every client has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal therapist. We will be there for you every step of the way, and we offer three months of aftercare included in the programme for all clients who complete our six-week treatment programme.

Many of our team have walked in your shoes and are in long-term recovery themselves, giving them the tools, knowledge and empathy to help you in your own journey.

If you would like to discuss Dayhab, get in touch for a confidential chat on 0208 191 9191 or by emailing enquiries@helpmestop.org.uk
