Looking for the right rehab for your addiction treatment can be tough, and we know it is both a big step and a big decision. Making this change and commitment for yourself is the hardest part of the process, and we exist to make sure you are given the support, tools and skills you need to help you stop drinking alcohol or taking drugs. Read more about our rehab programmes below and please get in touch if we can help.
What is Rehab?
Rehab is intensive, specialist treatment for addiction. It’s a chance to stop your addiction safely, and to discover a new lease of life beyond addiction. We are committed to helping our clients find a fulfilling new way of life, along with giving them the skills and tools to manage their recovery in the real world.
We know that recovery isn’t linear, and addiction can affect people in many different ways. This is why we have created a programme that is designed to be tailored to each individual, and we have made our service as accessible and affordable as we can.
Traditional rehab is typically residential, meaning that you stay on site for the duration of your treatment. This can be costly and also disruptive to the rest of your life.
We offer a non residential rehab programme that means our clients visit us for their sessions and then leave us until the next time. This makes for a much more cost effective and accessible programme, but it also means that our clients can integrate their recovery into their daily lives, alongside family life and work. By recovering in the real world with intensive support, this can make it easier to make and sustain lasting changes.
Alcohol rehab Notting Hill
We offer alcohol rehab near Notting Hill to our clients. Alcohol addiction can affect people in different ways, and whether it is one too many social drinks every Friday night or something more sinister, we are here to help and support you. No matter what age or stage you’re at, if alcohol is harming your health, relationships, work or anything else, get in touch with us for support to stop.
Drug rehab Notting Hill
We also offer drug addiction rehab near Notting Hill for our clients that are suffering with drug addiction. Again, there is no one route to addiction and our clients come from a range of different backgrounds.
Drug addiction can be recreational use at the weekend, or you might be using drugs most days, or every day. To put it simply, if you know drugs are impacting your health or any other important area of your life, it’s time to get help. We provide effective programmes, to help and support you throughout your recovery process.
Help Me Stop
Help Me Stop offers non residential rehab programmes in the form of Dayhab. We are committed to helping our clients find a route to recovery in a way that works for them.
Our treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
We use a mix of these tools to create a programme that works for each individual and delivers a lasting impact, empowering our clients to step forward into their new life, free from addiction.
There are also three months of free aftercare offered within the programme, so that you have some ongoing support, beyond your intensive addiction treatment programme. By attending aftercare sessions, we can support you to embed the tools and skills needed to recover long term.
