Finding support for drug addiction and alcohol addiction is the first step towards recovery. At Help Me Stop, we offer specialist drug and alcohol therapy, including the tools, strategies and support you need to recover. Through our non-residential rehab programme, we will help you to stop alcohol or drugs, then stay stopped. We’re here to listen, support, and help you take positive steps forward.
Is Dayhab right for me?
If you’re drinking alcohol or using drugs to a harmful level, including if you’re suffering with addiction, Dayhab is a strong option for you to establish your recovery. We will give you the support and tools you need to understand the nature of your harmful use or addiction, and to start a new chapter of your life.
How is Dayhab different from rehab?
Dayhab is non-residential, whereas traditional rehab is residential. This means that with our programme, you don’t stay overnight in between specialist addiction treatment sessions. You visit us for the day and you integrate what you have learned each day into your daily life. Many of our clients still take part in family life, go to work, see their friends, and much more, whilst they are going through our core programme. Integrating your recovery as you go can really help to make long-lasting habitual changes, as opposed to being separated from society and your life for the duration of your treatment.
It has been shown that non-residential rehab is as effective, if not more effective, than traditional rehab. Please ask us about our current treatment success rates, we are always happy to share our results.

What is involved in Dayhab?
Dayhab uses a mix of techniques and tools to help you succeed. Our treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
Dayhab is focussed on offering you a toolbox that you can come back to time and time again, including after your time with us is over. We also offer three months of free aftercare following the programme, to make sure you are supported, and you have everything you need, to step into the next chapter of your life.

Alcohol Rehab Lambeth
We support many clients suffering from alcohol addiction, and we know that there is no one route to what leads you into problem drinking. We have clients from different walks of life, and at varying stages of addiction – including people who can stop and start drinking, but can’t stay stopped over time. There is no right or wrong way to feel, and there is no one reason why you may be suffering. We are here to listen, to care, and to offer you solutions and techniques to leave alcohol behind.
Drug Rehab Lambeth
We also help clients who are worried about their use of drugs like cocaine, ketamine, cannabis, prescription drugs, opiates and opioids, GHB, and more. Whether your drug use is harmful to you or others, or it has progressed to drug addiction, we are here to help. Whether it is marujana or cocaine, or a wide combination of drugs, we have successfully helped hundreds of clients find their way back from drug abuse and addiction. Again, there is no one face of drug addiction, and it impacts different people in vastly different ways. What we are focused on is making sure that you have the power, tools and autonomy, to take control of your situation.
