Getting the right help and support for drug addiction and alcohol addiction can feel tough. There are a lot of emotions and practical considerations, and finding the right solution for you can be overwhelming. If you’re looking for alcohol or drug rehab in London, you can find out more about our programme here, and reach out if you have any questions or would like a confidential chat.
What is Dayhab?
At Help Me Stop, we have created a non-residential rehab programme for treating problematic drinking or drug use. Our treatment model is called Dayhab, otherwise known as intensive outpatient treatment.
It is a programme that does not require you to come and stay on site with us, and you can come and go each day, visiting for your sessions and taking what you have learned away with you. There is a carefully selected mix of integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more.
We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their local counsellor.
Is Dayhab right for me?
Dayhab is a good option for those looking for the most accessible and affordable rehab. We have centres in London, Hampshire, and an online programme to offer flexibility to our clients. As we are non-residential, it means our costs are significantly lower than that of traditional drug and alcohol rehab programmes.
If you are suffering from drug or alcohol addiction, please get in touch and we can discuss the options with you, free from pressure or judgement.
If Dayhab isn’t right for you right now, we have a range of resources here which may be of interest to you, and we are able to refer you to more suitable services.

Alcohol Rehab Islington
Alcohol rehab is a programme designed to help our clients move away from harmful drinking or active addiction to alcohol. Learn how to live your life to the full in sobriety. We are here for our clients every step of the way, and make sure they have the tools and skills they need to flourish in their lives while in recovery.
We can also arrange safe and affordable alcohol detox, if you’re physically addicted to alcohol, and you need medical help to stop drinking before your psychological rehab begins.
Drug Rehab Islington
We also offer drug rehab programmes to our clients, and can recommend drug detox programmes to undertake prior to starting treatment, if necessary. We know that drug addiction can take a hold of anyone, and that no two cases are the same. We help clients who have spiralled from recreational use, or have fallen into bad habits through a friendship circle or family members. These are just two of many instances, and we are here to help without judgement.
Many of our clients are still in jobs, they have family lives, but still they have developed a problematic relationship with drugs. We understand, and we can help you to change.

Traditional drug & alcohol rehab
Traditional rehab in residential settings can be costly and inaccessible. It often requires the client to take time away from work and their home life in order to complete the treatment. We knew that this was not viable and is not always possible, and can be a barrier to many people accessing the treatment that they need. Most of our clients tell us that they would not have been able to access a residential rehab for addiction.
Help Me Stop
That is why we created the programme at Help Me Stop. We offer accessible and affordable programmes designed to fit around your life and commitments. You can overcome problem drinking or drug-taking, and you can do it without massive disruption to your everyday life commitments. And it doesn’t need to break the bank either.
