Hammersmith, London Rehab

Seeking help for drug addiction and alcohol addiction is the first step on the road to recovery.  At Help Me Stop, we offer Dayhab rehabilitation for problem drinking or drug use, in a supportive and non-residential environment designed to help our clients take the steps towards sobriety.

Who is rehab for?

Rehab is for anyone suffering from drug or alcohol addiction, or who knows that alcohol or drug is doing them or others harm. Addiction looks different for everyone, and there is no one set of circumstances that lead you down that road. We know that addiction can develop in many different ways, and that it impacts everyone in a unique way.

Rehab for drug or alcohol addiction is for people looking for a clean break and a fresh start, while gaining the tools and knowledge they need to take the next steps in their life and sustain recovery.

What is Dayhab?

Dayhab is our non-residential, intensive rehab programme, designed to help our clients find their path to sobriety. We have programmes for both drug and alcohol addiction, and we have addiction treatment centres in London, Hampshire, as well as an online offering.

Being non-residential means that our clients come and visit us and then leave to carry on with their lives and commitments. It makes the programme a lot more accessible and affordable, and means people who would have otherwise been unable to access treatment, get a chance to experience rehab with skilled addiction therapists, who support them to take the steps they need.

Dayhab is built up of a mix of treatments and sessions, with a blend of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.

Alcohol Rehab Hammersmith

We offer alcohol rehab programmes to our clients and will help them understand the nature of addiction, as well as uncovering the reasons why they drink and how to recover from alcohol dependence. Problem drinking and alcohol addiction has different effects on different people, and we are well-versed and trained to help our clients deal with their unique set of circumstances

Our Dayhab programmes for alcohol addiction have been proven to be as effective, if not more effective, than traditional residential rehab programmes. We can also help to arrange a safe and comfortable alcohol detox for you, with full medical support.

Drug Rehab Hammersmith

We also offer drug rehab programmes in London and Hampshire at our Dayhab centres, and through our online rehab offering too. Drug and alcohol addiction can sometimes go hand in hand, but it is not always the case. Some clients come to us seeking help for recreational drug use, and others have more of a reliance on drugs that are impacting their life. There is no one client that comes through our door, and we help people from all walks of life. From arranging a medical, drug detox for you, right through to intensive therapy to help you overcome the psychological dependence on drugs, we can help you to stop taking drugs safely and stay stopped.
