What is Dayhab?
Dayhab is our non-residential rehab. It offers a more affordable route to rehab and because our clients do not live on site with us for the duration of their treatment, it means our clients can continue with their daily lives.
We created Dayhab as we knew there was a solution that allowed more people to get the treatment they needed. Dayhab offers this solution in two locations across London and Winchester, and as an online rehab programme too.

Will Dayhab help me with my addiction?
Dayhab is designed to help clients on their road to recovery. We offer a programme that will help you get a handle on your addictions, through a variety of modalities. Our programme is a blend of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
We also offer additional services and sessions such as family therapy and support, allowing you to rebuild bridges and relationships that have been hindered as a result of addiction.
Who is Dayhab for?
Dayhab is for anyone who is drinking alcohol or using drugs to a harmful level, including people who are suffering from addiction. It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey, and it doesn’t matter if you’re not sure what those next steps will be. Dayhab is an affordable and attainable rehab solution, for those looking to turn their lives around and break free from addiction.

We offer alcohol rehab programmes in London for clients looking to recover from active addiction. Alcohol rehab is crafted to help our clients find a new lease of life away from active addiction, and to find a new route in their recovery.
Following our programme, we offer three months of free aftercare, to make sure our clients have the tools and skills they need to take their recovery into the real world.
