Finding help with drug addiction and alcohol addition can feel like a daunting task. But, seeking that help is the hardest part of the journey, and speaking up about how you’re feeling will lift that load. Help Me Stop is a non-residential drug and alcohol rehab, offering support for those suffering with problematic drug or alcohol use, including people who are addicted.
Our programme is called Dayhab, meaning that it is a rehab that you visit for the day, then go home each night. Our intensive day programme allows you to integrate your recovery into daily life, whilst you are being supported by professional therapists and your peers in treatment. It is significantly more affordable than traditional rehab, and it has been proven to be just as, if not more, effective, as traditional residential rehab.
What is Dayhab?
If you want to find out more about Dayhab and what we offer, hopefully this will give you some more insight into what it entails and whether or not it is the right route for you.
Dayhab is non-residential, and we have rehabs that serve the whole of London and surrounding areas, Hampshire, , as well as an online rehab offering that you can access worldwide.
The Help Me Stop programme is a mix of integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and each client has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor. Every client who completes our programme then qualifies for 12 weeks of free aftercare, to help maintain recovery and build upon the treatment process.
What can a Dayhab programme support with?
We offer support for those suffering with drug addiction and alcohol addiction, but we can also support with so much more.
We help our clients to rebuild their lives and to reconnect with loved ones. We teach people new life skills and give them the tools to make recovery work in their everyday lives. The different techniques and therapies we use mean that a lot of what is learned helps to create lasting change. Our clients can use the skills and strategies time and time again, to sustain and enhance their recovery.

Who is Dayhab for?
Dayhab is for anyone who is drinking alcohol or using drugs to a harmful level, including people who are suffering from addiction. It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey, and it doesn’t matter if you’re not sure what those next steps will be. Dayhab is an affordable and attainable rehab solution, for those looking to turn their lives around and break free from addiction.
You can read our blog to discover case stories from real people, who have used our service and have been supported through their own recovery journey.
Alcohol Rehab Greenwich
If you’re looking for alcohol rehab, then we can offer a programme that fits with your life. We see clients from all different walks of life, from those who like to drink after work, to those who find themselves reaching for the bottle during the day. There is no one face of harmful alcohol use or alcohol addiction. Whether it has fully gripped you yet or not, it is best to seek treatment and support at the earliest opportunity.
Drug Rehab Greenwich
We also offer treatment for drug addiction at our centres and through our online rehab offering. Again, there is no one look of drug addiction, and many of our clients manage to function somewhat, including in their work and family life, whilst regularly using drugs such as cocaine, cannabis, ketamine, opioids, GHB, and more. You don’t need to struggle on in silence. There is a better life with relying on drugs to get by.
We are here to support and to listen, and to help you find the road to your own recovery.
