Finding the right rehab programme for alcohol or drugs can feel tough and confusing. There are a number of options out there, which can make finding the right treatment programme for you feel daunting. At Help Me Stop, we know that seeking help for your addiction is the biggest step you will take in your recovery process, and so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the right solution for you.
At Help Me Stop, we offer non-residential rehab for clients seeking help with drug addiction and/or alcohol addiction. This means that our clients don’t stay on site with us overnight, instead travelling in each day, or logging on, for their treatments. This makes our rehab programmes a lot more affordable and accessible, as residential rehab can be costly, and it means that you have to take weeks or months away from work and family life.
What is rehab?
Rehab is specialist addiction therapy, delivered in groups and one-to-one counselling sessions. It’s a chance to start over, to reset, and find a recovery that works for you. Addiction looks different for everyone and, as a result, so does your rehab experience. At Help Me Stop, we have a core treatment programme that is tailored to each client, which allows you to explore the specific nature of your addiction, and to develop individual recovery strategies that work for you. Whilst with us, you will develop the tools and skills that you need to make your recovery work in the real world.
Rehab is for anyone who is struggling with their relationship with drugs or alcohol, or both. No two stories are the same and although so many of our clients can identify with many aspects of each other’s experience, ultimately, it is a unique experience for every individual. From start to finish, we assess and treat your individual needs, and recommend a package of care that is right for you.
Chichester Rehab
Our rehab centre in Winchester is easily accessed from Chichester via public transport and road links. We also have two centres in central London for people who can travel to the capital, as well as an online rehab programme too, making treatment accessible from anywhere in the world.
Alcohol rehab Chichester
We offer alcohol rehab treatment programmes across all of our face-to-face addiction rehabs, and also within our online programme too. Alcohol addiction can take hold in a variety of ways, so get to know each client and how we can best serve them. Whether it is drinks after work that have steadily increased to problematic drinking, or a relationship with alcohol that is destroying your health and relationships, we are here to help. We support clients who require an alcohol detox to prevent physical withdrawal symptoms, as well as providing psychological treatment to help people stop drinking alcohol for good.
Chichester drug rehab
We also offer drug rehab across Chichester in our Winchester centre. Again, this treatment programme is also available in our London locations, as well as online too. Drug addiction is complex and so the treatment process is necessarily intensive and specialist. We see a lot of clients from different walks of life, mostly working people of all ages, parents and carers, and people with life commitments they can’t drop for residential treatment. We tailor our programme to make sure each client gets the most out of their journey with us. We also offer three months of free aftercare beyond the core treatment programme, to make sure each client has further support to embed the skills they learn with us into everyday life.
Help Me Stop
Our drug and alcohol treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
If you would like to get in touch for a confidential chat about whether or not our programme is right for you, you can call us on +44 (0)208 191 9191 or email us on enquiries@helpmestop.org.uk and we will be more than happy to chat. Most of our team are in long term recovery from addiction, so they have stood in your shoes and walked a path similar to yours. We are here to listen without judgement and ultimately, to help you stop drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
