Chelsea, London Rehab

Harmful drinking and drug use, as well as full blown drug and alcohol addiction, affect people right across the world in many different ways. Addiction rarely looks the same for two people, and there are complexities to every situation and set of circumstances. Rehab for alcohol or drug use is often the window to a fresh start and a clean slate, allowing those suffering from addiction to get professional and specialist help, to start again. If you would like to find out more about rehab at Help Me Stop, we are here for you. Get in touch for a confidential conversation.

What is Rehab?

Rehab is a programme designed to help those in active addiction to break free, and to stay free. It is a structured therapeutic approach to understanding the nature of your addiction, as well as giving you the tools and strategies you need to succeed in this next chapter of your life. There are different rehab programmes available and different price points, depending on what support you’re looking for and how much you would like to spend. Our non-residential programme is the most affordable option for intensive, private treatment for alcohol and/or drugs. Call us today to find out more on 0208 191 9191.

How do I know if I need rehab?

There is not one answer or a set definition of what constitutes going to rehab. What we will say is that if you are suffering from the effects of drinking or taking drugs, or you feel you’ve developed alcohol or drug addiction, then rehab can provide answers that you haven’t been able to find alone. Addiction and dependency don’t always look how we would imagine, and often people manage to go about their lives and hold down jobs while suffering from addiction.

If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch and we will be here to listen.

Drug Rehab Chelsea

Help Me Stop offers drug rehab programmes near Chelsea. We have locations across London, and serving people right across Hampshire in our Winchester rehab. We also have a pioneering online rehab programme, for those unable to access our face-to-face Dayhabs in London or Hampshire.. Our drug rehab programme offers a mixture of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, to help your clients find their way back to a life without drugs.

Alcohol Rehab Chelsea

We also offer alcohol rehab services, and help our clients find and sustain sobriety by giving them the support and tools they need to integrate what they have learned in the real world. As harmful drinking or alcohol addiction progresses, it can feel like a slippery slope between a drink or two after work to habitual drinking that has harmful consequences to health, relationships, money, work, and overall quality of life.. If you have concerns about your own alcohol consumption or that of a loved one, then please get in touch with us about treatment options.

About Help Me Stop

Help Me Stop is a non-residential rehab that offers treatment for both drug and alcohol addiction. Being non-residential means that our clients do not stay on site with us during their  treatment programme, and instead can integrate rehab alongside their life and commitments. Our model is Dayhab, otherwise known as an intensive outpatient programme, and it has been proven to be just as effective, if not more effective, than traditional residential rehab.

Traditional rehab can be expensive, time consuming, and means you have to put your life on hold for the duration of your treatment. It can also make transitioning back to the real world harder. Dayhab is designed to be both affordable and accessible, offering you the treatment you need at times that are convenient for you, often without needing to take time away from your family, or away from work.
