Help Me Stop

Our treatment programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.
We know that addiction can affect people in different ways and, in turn, people heal and recover in different ways. We will tailor your programme to suit you and make sure you are best supported throughout.
There is also three months of free aftercare following the programme, to make sure you are supported in your new way of life, beyond active addiction.
Barnes Rehab
We offer rehab near Barnes to those who want to seek help with their addictions. We know that seeking help is often the hardest step, and we exist to make sure you are supported during every step of your journey from this point on.
