Non-residential rehab is a type of intensive addiction treatment where you do not stay on site for the duration of your programme. Instead, you travel in for group and one-to-one therapy sessions, and you are able to integrate your treatment into your life. From day one, you will be taking what you learn in rehab, and implementing it in real life. You will be able to get immediate support with life challenges and issues you face, to help prevent relapse, and develop your recovery skills.

Our non-residential rehab is much more accessible and affordable than residential rehab. At a fraction of the cost of a live-in rehab, Help Me Stop offers the same quality of therapeutic care, without the major disruption to your life including your work and family commitments.

Who is rehab for?

Rehab is for anyone who is struggling with alcohol addiction or drug addiction. It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey and it doesn’t matter how long you have been dealing with your addiction. We know that every client and their set of circumstances are different, and we are here to support you through that.
