Our alcohol and drug rehab centre in Acton is our West London location and the service is easily accessible via transport links. When creating our Dayhab programme, it was important that we created a model that worked for day visits, as well as having key locations close to where our clients live and work. Help Me Stop Acton is located around the corner from the West Acton Underground Station, which can be reached from the Central Line.
Alcohol and drug rehab offers a fresh page and a clean slate for those looking for help with addiction. Whether it is drugs or alcohol that have become problematic, our team will work with you to find a solution that sticks, and we will be there for you every step of the way.
Rehab is for anyone who wants to break free from their addictions. We may often have a picture in our head of what addiction looks like, but the truth is, no two cases are the same, and there is no telling how someone is feeling on the inside. We offer an abstinence-based treatment programme, which means we help you to stop alcohol or drugs, and to stay stopped.
Finding drug rehab near me
Finding drug rehab close to you is helpful in your recovery process. We have rehabs in London and Winchester, and we have selected them based on accessibility and local need for affordable rehab.
We also offer an online rehab programme for those looking for something even more convenient. You can log on morning or evening to our programme from anywhere in the world. All you need to join the programme is wifi, a laptop, tablet or computer, and a private room. You can find out more about online rehab here.
Alcohol rehab
We also treat alcohol addiction in our West London rehab location, so please do get in touch if this is something you are looking for support with.
Getting the help you need is an essential part of the recovery process, and it is important to know that it is even harder to do it alone. Addiction thrives in isolation and conversely, recovery opens up when connected to specialist therapy and like-minded peers. No person is an island, and so we are here to support you through the addiction and recovery process with our team of experts on hand.

Rehab London
Our rehab centres in London offer convenience and compassion. We chose to work with the Dayhab model so that our clients could integrate their recovery into their daily lives, and this has proven extremely effective.
Help Me Stop offers non-residential rehab programmes in London and also online. We created these programmes with our clients in mind to offer the ultimate flexibility and accessibility when it comes to getting the help you need for addiction.
Our Dayhab programme offers integrative psychotherapy, including the 12-step approach to addiction treatment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, family therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, recovery workshops and more. We work mainly in groups because that is the most effective way to treat addiction. Every client also receives a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor. Beyond treatment, we offer 12 weeks of aftercare to clients who successfully complete the six-week programme. All of this will empower you into your recovery and beyond.

We are proud of the service we have crafted, and we have a team of dedicated expert psychotherapists, many of whom have walked in your shoes.
Dayhab means that you do not need to take time away from work or your family, and you can take what you are learning and put it into practice as you go.
This model also means that rehab is made more financially accessible to many thousands more people. Traditional rehab models can be costly, running into tens of thousands of pounds. We know this alienates and excludes a lot of people from getting the help they need. This is why Help Me Stop pioneered intensive, non-residential treatment for addiction in the UK, to make high quality treatment available at a fraction of the cost of residential rehab.
