London Rehab Programme
We offer an intensive programme of rehabilitation that takes place over the course of four weeks. We will work with you to develop a bespoke recovery plan, and our staff will be there for you every step of the way to help you implement it. The programme centres around integrative psychotherapy, which blends effective therapies for treating addiction, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred counselling, CBT, recovery workshops, and more. Our programme is mainly group therapy sessions (Monday to Friday), with a weekly one-to-one counselling session with a focal counsellor for every client. This approach gives you the best chance of developing a wide range of recovery skills and strategies, to move forward in your recovery and your everyday life.
Whether it is drug or alcohol treatment you need, we will tailor a treatment plan that works for you. We know that everyone is different, so we always seek to understand the nature of your addiction. We will work with you to give you the insights you need into your addiction, as well as the action steps you need to recover.
We work with you, and we can work with your loved ones too, to help repair relationships, rebuild trust and begin re-opening the channels of communication with family or close friends. There’s the option to add on family sessions and spouse sessions to your treatment programme, at low cost.

Help Me Stop has a London rehab centre in Fitzrovia near Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street. The cost of face-to-face treatment is £3,600 for our four-week programme. We include 12 months of aftercare upon completion of the main addiction treatment programme, to help you sustain your recovery.
We also offer an Online Rehab programme for those looking for more distanced and accessible support, if London is not convenient for you. Our Online Rehab is £2,400 for the six-week programme, with 12 months of aftercare for clients who complete the main programme.
