Alcohol addiction has devastating effects and can destroy lives and families.
We know all too well what the impact of this can be and how this manifests in families and in relationships, not to mention in individuals.
We offer alcohol rehab in London through a non-residential programme, meaning that our rehab is accessible, to prevent the worst from happening.

Rehab in London can be expensive and inconvenient, with patients taking time out from work and struggling to afford the mammoth costs that come with it. We knew that this was a barrier to people accessing much-needed treatment, and so we created our Dayhab offering.
With a private clinic in London for our four week programme, and a six week online offering, we are making rehab accessible, and less daunting than what has been traditionally out there. It is an intensive programme designed to support you in your recovery journey, with a year long aftercare programme following your treatment.
Our mission is to support our clients through the rehab journey and to give them the tools and skills they need to stay sober in recovery beyond our programmes. We are proud to have a wealth of success stories of clients that have been able to start new lives post-treatment.
Alcohol addiction can escalate over time, and often it is hard to spot the signs, which means that it is often deemed as too-late when a loved one, or even the patient, has identified that they need help and support.
This however is not always the case, and there are some signs to look out for, such as them laughing it off, hiding their drinking, and manipulating situations. You can read more about these here.
There is no shame around alcohol addiction. It is an illness that many people need support in recovering from. At Help Me Stop we listen without judgement and support our clients in a way that makes them feel seen and respected as they move through our treatment programme.
Quote
“‘Life’s not like that anymore – it has changed phenomenal and it’s changed dramatically for the better – it’s taken a few months, but gradually, I’ve really enjoyed it, my partner has, the children have and I’m sure even the wee one, without even knowing about alcohol, that she sees the difference in it, a different person. It’s not an angry Daddy in the morning, because she’s got her shoes on the wrong feet. Everything is fun. Life is fun.”
Help Me Stop
Our non-residential programme is rooted in integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.

We would encourage anyone who thinks they might need support to get in touch with us and speak to a professional. We will listen and can advise on a route for you, including free and low-cost resources if rehab is not the correct route for you right now.
