What if rehab could fit in with your work schedule?

When you think of alcohol rehab or drug rehab, there might be a certain type of image that comes to mind. Rehab has been long-associated with weeks or months away from work and home, taking time out from life and family commitments. For most people who need treatment for alcohol or drugs, private residential rehab doesn’t always feel feasible or accessible. We’re here to change that.

Online Rehab and Rehab in London, Addition Treatment

Help Me Stop is a Dayhab centre, which means we offer non-residential rehab treatment in our Central London rehab location and online. This means our clients can build their rehab programme into their daily lives, fitting it around work, family life, and other existing commitments.

We created Help Me Stop because we saw a gap in the market for intensive rehab that is evidence-based, but that could also be worked around everyday life and commitments. With Help Me Stop rehab programmes, you don’t need to take a chunk of time away from work, including facing the financial challenges of doing so. Whilst some of our clients choose to reduce their working hours whilst with us, many opt for our rehab programmes that allow full-time work to continue.

Dayhab is rehab that fits in with your life, rather than disrupting it, and as a result we have seen incredible results from clients being able to integrate their work and learnings into their lives from the offset, rather than having a reintegration back into society and ‘real’ life after going into a residential rehab.

All our programmes are designed by specialist addiction psychotherapists, including people with long term experience of addiction recovery themselves or in their family.. Our skilled therapists are there for you every step of the way, whether you opt for our in-person treatment at our Central London rehab centre, or our online rehab programme.

We have programmes for both drug and alcohol addiction, and we can arrange a detox if it’s needed, so we can help our clients at every step of their journey.

All our programmes are centred around integrative psychotherapy, which blends a number of evidence-based therapies, including the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, art therapy, recovery workshops, mindfulness, and more. We work mainly in group sessions, and every client also has a one-to-one counselling session each week with their focal counsellor.

Our Central London location makes it easy to access treatment and sessions around life commitments, such as work and family, and we will always be as accommodating as we can to ensure you get the treatment that you need, while minimising disruption to your life commitments.

In London, we’re based on Percy Street in Fitzrovia, off Tottenham Court Road. You can easily reach us on foot from Goodge St or Tottenham Court Road tube stations. We’re a 15 minute walk from Covent Garden, 4 minutes from Soho, and only 22 minutes from Euston Station or King’s Cross (quicker if you jump on a bus). Central and accessible, while still being affordable, we’re committed to offering rehab that works to as many people as we can.

If you would like to find out more about our drug or alcohol addiction treatment programmes, please get in touch. We can have a confidential chat and explore the different options available to you, and together we can help you stop and stay stopped.
