12 Step Meetings @ Help Me Stop

12 Step Meetings at Help Me Stop

There are now five 12-step fellowship meetings per week, located at Help Me Stop’s London Dayhabs. There are four addiction recovery meetings at our centre in Central London, two Narcotics Anonymous and two Alcoholics Anonymous. There’s also a new Cocaine Anonymous meeting in our central London Dayhab.

Whilst Alcoholics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are not affiliated in any way to Help Me Stop, we ask all our clients to attend 12-step meetings, whilst they go through treatment with us. We suggest they do this in order to build a solid foundation for recovery support in the community, which helps with the transition after completing our programme.

The Help Me Stop intensive treatment programme is based around the 12-step approach to addiction treatment and all clients complete their step 1, 2 and 3 whilst with us. We also integrate many other therapeutic approaches including person-centred therapy, CBT, family therapy, art therapy and recovery-focused workshops, in order to offer our clients the best possible support to break free from their addiction.
