How are we performing?- Results from our latest client survey

Client Satisfaction - excellent

Results from our Q1 client satisfaction survey are now in.  Clients from the Help Me Stop Dayhab and Digital Dayhab programmes all stated that treatment with Help Me Stop exceeded their expectations.

Every category rated 100% Good, Very Good or Excellent and our clients all agreed that their experience from initial contact, pre-admission assessment and the level of treatment was “professional and  caring”.

Our therapy team was described as “helpful and compassionate” and one client stated that “The staff at HMS and the programme have changed my life”.

The key influencers for choosing Help Me Stop were the Dayhab Model (64%) and Price (50%).  The philosophy of our programme and the admissions process also rated highly

Process Group was identified as being the most valuable component our our treatment programme with 1:1 therapy, written assignments and workshops along with the introduction to the 12 Steps being the most valuable aspects of treatment.

  • Help Me Stop is the UK’s leading alternative to residential addiction treatment. We are an alcohol and drug rehabilitation centre delivering many of the same services that you could expect to receive in a residential treatment setting. This includes group and individual therapy, workshops and written assignments as well as a thorough introduction to the 12-step model of recovery.
  • We are an abstinence-based rehabilitation centre and we follow the principle that addiction is an illness, not a moral failing. This illness may be kept in remission if abstinence is adhered to.
