Dayhab Programmes
Our rehab programmes are designed with you in mind, and guide you in a practical way to help, so you can achieve your goals and take what you have learned into your daily life. Our team of professionals have vast experience in this field and will use professional learnings and personal experience to help you stop drinking or taking drugs, and learn how to stay stopped. Contact us for a confidential chat about treatment.
Our 4 week drug and alcohol treatment Dayhab programmes are made up of a mixture of group work and one-to-one counselling with our team of specialist therapists. We also offer an online drug and alcohol Dayhab programme that you can do from home or work, which is ideal if you can’t get to one of our centres.
We also offer affordable detox and rehab programmes, for people who need a medically-assisted detox before starting their rehab programme with us.
Often there are deep, underlying reasons beneath alcohol and drug problems, and we use a range of therapeutic approaches to treat addiction. We work with the 12 step approach to addiction treatment, to give you all the resources and tools you need to rebuild your life and relationships without drugs or alcohol forming a part of them.
We also use other therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, person-centred counselling, integrative counselling and psychotherapy to get to the root of the issues. This combination of therapies, which we describe as Combined Behavioural Intervention, has proved extremely effective in addressing associated negative behaviours and achieving lasting change. We also appreciate that everyone is unique and different, so we tailor our approach to suit and will work with you to find the solution to get you back on track.

With our face-to-face rehab and online rehab programmes, we offer a free aftercare service for twelve months following successful completion of your treatment with us. We also offer a family programme for up to two family members or friends of clients in treatment with us. While this is not compulsory, experience shows that family relationships and friendships improve greatly when they’re involved in the process, and it also increases the chances of long-term recovery.
For those accessing our centres we also include free conjoint sessions between our clients and their significant other to improve communication and address other issues within the relationship, to build back trust and connection.
We have a Dayhab in Central London as well as offering an online programme for those wishing to complete the programme digitally. Our Dayhab centre in London is easily accessible by public transport.

While the Help Me Stop Dayhab programme is unique to us, our treatment model is fully aligned with guidance from the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
We are affiliate members of Addiction Professions and all our therapists are registered with either the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or other recognised registered bodies.
If you have a problem with alcohol or drugs, or know someone who does, please get in touch for free, confidential advice.
