Help Me Stop offer affordable, intensive non-residential alcohol and drug addiction treatment from our London Dayhab centres and online. Our treatment options include group work and 1:1 sessions with expert therapists. We also provide support for families and significant others who often don’t what to do for the best or deal with what they have been through.
